It turns our former Management Company hadn’t been aware of our laundry income arrangement, among other flaws, and they just weren’t on top of the financial side of managing our property.  Just two days after Gramatan picked up and went through our files, we knew we made an excellent decision. They have a process of sorting through, absorbing and integrating years of condo business, bills and records that allow them be on top of our business in no time at all. The Board was very impressed. Our affairs were quickly sorted out, and we relieved to know we were financially in good hands again.
