About Gramatan

Based in White Plains, N.Y., Gramatan Management, Inc. is an award-winning property management firm known for its responsiveness, versatility and broad range of services.  Our customized approach focuses on meeting the unique needs of each property, it’s board, and it’s homeowners.

The company was founded in 1989 when Bram Fierstein and Gary M. Gutekunst joined forces to create a dynamic firm that would leverage their extensive knowledge of real estate development and brokerage, management, finance, technology, and construction. To date, Gramatan has worked with numerous co-ops, condominiums and homeowner associations of various sizes throughout Westchester, Bronx and Rockland Counties.

From supervising a property’s on-site staff and ensuring the safety of a building’s infrastructure, to overseeing construction projects and tracking maintenance requests, Gramatan has provided “hands-on” property management to more than 70 properties and 5,000 units.
