I was very impressed with Gramatan's wherewithal concerning our green initiatives at the Coop.  Some of our Board members were so “hot to trot” over a gas conversion, they lost sight of the fact that our consumption (less than 15,000 gallons of #2 a year!) was so low, it’d never pay out. But our agent was adept at handling and channeling their excitement, and instead, we had our steam pipes insulated and our basement lights converted to LED over the next few months, and everyone was satisfied, and the Coop is seeing some savings already.
